Very clean and modern place, helpful staff. Spacious bed and free Wi-Fi in the room. Excellent service throughout our stay. Just a 15-minute stroll to the centre.

We would definitely return on our next trip to Lowestoft. It was very clean in the hotel. We enjoyed our family room. The breakfast was DELICIOUS with plenty of food.
